The Board of Directors consists of three homeowners, elected by the Homeowner's Association members. An election is held each year at the annual Homeowner's meeting, at which time one of the three positions is nominated and elected. The Board's powers and responsibilities are granted by Article 11 of the CCR's and the Association By-Laws.
Each Board member serves a term of three years on a rotating basis - i.e., one new Board member is elected each year. Generally, a newly elected Board member serves the first year as Secretary/Treasurer, subsequently moves to VP in the second year, and assumes the position of President in the third year. The Board meets on a regular basis and meetings are open for all homeowners to attend. Please see the schedule of events for upcoming meetings.
