The Maintenance Committee troubleshoots all minor problems in the common areas of the neighborhood. Major projects for the upcoming year include :

Maintain and repair entrance lighting.

Be on-call for neighborhood problems.

General troubleshooting and problem-solving.
 

Streetlights - If you have a street light that is not working properly, you should contact a member of the Maintenance Committee or JC Higgins. In order to expedite a repair, you will need to provide information from the light pole. The streetlight map below has the information necessary for Puget Sound Energy to identify the location and type of lamp for replacement. Please make sure you have this information when calling or emailing.
